A Viognier/Sauvignon blend, like the previous vintage, the nose has white fruits - peaches and green apples - in a more vegetable - grass - background. Some pineapple even further into the background wraps up a fresh, expressive bouquet.
Very balanced in the mouth, unctuous but balanced by a crisp acidity, with mild tropical fruit notes. The finish is medium long leaving a vegetable aftertaste. Given some time to breathe, it takes on some more depth and length so give it time.
Like the previous vintage, this is a very gastronomic wine, revealing a hidden layered, complex structure when matched with food.
