Light green reflections in the glass, the nose on this Alentejo white is very balanced and refined, with a strong vanilla/toast side to it along with some nice tropical fruit and a hint of spices in the back.
Structured and complex in the mouth, the vanilla/buttery side coming along as stronger than the tropical fruit one can also sense here. This structure is kept in check by a fresh acidity and a decent amount of dryness to it. Finishes long and dry.
