Dark ruby, the nose is very Alentejo: Red ripe fruits, although not overly sweet, side by side with some really nice oak notes. Inviting, deep and very enjoyable.
In the mouth, this is fruit-forward enough to make it easy to approach. Well structured with balanced acidity, the tannins give it some body but do not come along as hard - just in the finish, where they grant some dryness to a nice ending.
Very well balanced, food friendly and easy to approach, this is a really good choice for an Alentejo around the 10€ mark.
